things I am looking for are: 1) set up of a PHP page with a search function to query mysql as shown here: http://www.spaindreams.com/eng/searchmenu2.htm any search result should show up some certain information incl. 1 small photo and a link either to an internal or external page (website). this search function needs to be done in english, german and spanish (I will give info in those languages) Note: there is no data base created so far, you will need to do this. My server disposes of mysql and no problem for php. it is important for me to know which way you will take over any needed information into the database. some information I already have in excel. All together in 3 languages there are about thousand internal individual htm pages to link to and about 500 links to other sites. Other suggestions beside mysql and php are welcome. 2) from clients I receive through the website a form (in one of the 3 languages) regarding request for accommodation. If possible I would like the following: a) automatic response to the client with an e-mail through Outlook or webmail, which contains in the subject line some of the information within the form received, namely: name of accommodation, arrival and departure date. It should also show name of my website. In the body a general text. a) forward form onto e-mail of accommodation with less information as received (without e-mail of client, telephone number in case indicated) c) check that information given from clients in form is ok (for example: no date from yesterday) 3) a) access from menu for accommodation owners with own choice of username and password in order to change data on individual html page (update rates, information, upload a photo etc.). Individual page exists in English, Spanish and most also have it in German. b) for each page changed by an owner, I need a notification regarding the details before update is published in website.
