this is the process we are trying to automate..
go to http://a836-acris.nyc.gov/Scripts/Coverpage.dll/index
Click on the first option (Search Property Records)
Click on Search by Document Type
On the search screen select Mortgage in the document type (not master mortgage)
select date range and enter in today's (or yesterday)date [they want to run
this daily]
Select Brooklyn/Kings County [will repeat for bronx, queens, manhattan NOT
STATEN ISLAND]
Click Search
On the results screen click DET button for each record to gather the information
needed from the next (details) page
gather the following information into mysql (for later export to csv)
RECORDED / FILED
PARTY 1* All Information
PARTY 2 Just the name
DOC. AMOUNT
BOROUGH
BLOCK
LOT
PROPERTY ADDRESS

basic rules
1. only want mortgages over 75,000
2. want to combine party 1 entries if last name is the same
(i.e. Party1 row 1 = Mr. Donald Smith
Party 1 row 2 = Ms. Dana Smith
Record into MySQL = Donald and Dana Smith)
once data is in mysql we will need to be able to run basic queries on the data
and export results to csv for mail merge
