We are a sales and marketing agency and have a number of projects starting with
this Intranet-based Sales Support system. It covers every stage from when the
client agrees to buy a product to when they stop being a client. It includes
contract completion, client management and payment of commissions. We believe
the spec we have provided is fairly comprehensive but we are more than willing
and prepared to clarify or answer your questions. We are looking for a good,
solid programmer who creates structured, well-commented code in modules. Screen
designs and database design will be provided. If you're not a really strong
programmer, please don't apply because we will not jeopradise our relationship
with our client with someone who we are not 100% convinced will do a good, good
job. Please look at the attached spec and ask us any questions you have before
you commit to a price. We don't want to waste your time or ours! And we
certainly don't want to waste our reputation. Thanks

Regarding payment, we are happy to do it via escrow, but will not
pay in advance. We think this is fair.
Please mention your location/time zone when bidding, as this is important for
managing the project.
And, again, please do ask questions if there is anything that is not clear in
the spec.
