Description:

I need to implement a Reverse Auction add on for PHPProbid auction software. It
must blend in well with the software's current design. The code is in php

How i would like reverse auction to work.

User sets a reserve price for example $1000

User sets a start price for example $5000

After auction starts, the price will go down maybe every day or hour what ever
the user decides. In this example, the price will go down $1000 lower after
everyday. If the bid goes down to 3000 and a potential buyer thinks this is a
price he is willing to pay, then they make a bid and they win the auction. There
will only ever be one bid.
