Small resort reservation system which includes:
business contact information
price per additonal guest (added to statement)
taxes (on/off for all categories)
tax descriptions and rates (Min 3)
high and low season dates
methods of payment accepted
Check in terms and conditions (Editable)
add and edit rooms
create or edit a photo gallery for each room (images resized automatically).
create or edit notes and other details for each room (such as rates)
run arrival reports (by date range - printable)
Check availability - by unit or date range
Show availability in spread sheet style - printable
search reservations (by date) and view/print 3 x 5 card and 8.5 x 11 statement
book reservations
edit reservations
cancel reservations
collect credit card data securely using an encrypted connection.
automatic paypal link
accept and record deposits (automatically deducted on statement).
add and edit expenses (associated with units with configurable drop down list
and 'other' box - taxes configurable for each item)
automatic tax calculations (up to 3 taxes)
setup high and low season rates
email to resort on new reservation, and to customer on acceptance of
reservation.
Code must not be encrypted, and a demo site must be shown before acceptance.
