Description:	the chosen programmer had a misunderstanding that he would just develop the backend but would not plug it into the frontend to make a functional website I have an existing website that I would like to have rebuilt. Some stuff on the website is database driven but other parts of the website are not. Right now the website uses txt files to post content. I would like the website to be able to generate pages on the fly. I would like to redo some other stuff on the website also. I would like to be able to manage the website from a backend admin.
