page that sends an email to a website of my choice, that is entered in the admin panel. It also uses session variables to track what bid requests or questions or emails come from what referrer. The referrer will get an account to see all his referred client's clicks. This will allow me to pay my referrering sites their commission if the proposal is eventually accepted. It will also have a field for referring a referrer. For instance, one of my employees might refer in a web design company to become a reseller. That employee needs to get a 2nd tier commission rate specified in admin panel. I should be able to give a custom 1st tier and custom 2nd tier rate to EACH referrer. Default rates will be entered in admin panel to apply to all accounts without custom information entered. I want to support both them simply linking to my main site, and tracking getting a referral that way, OR, having them have the form on THEIR site, that simply emails me with their email, subject, and message. Additional Useage of tracking software.. I'm also looking to have this system be able to track subscription payments, or signups to a members-only site. This would track Credit Card using the paypal gateway.. instead of leads, but the tracking and way to link will be the same. Please build this feature in nicely, that docuements where the person will have to place the tracking code on their confirmation page, to track this payment. There should be many types and prices of leads, and types and prices of plans for payment. (these subscriptions need to handle automated rebilling, and recurring payments to affiliates) I want a web based install, good documentation. This is designed for me to use, and to package up and give to others. Half payment when demo is shown on my server. Final payment will be made when a zip file complete with installation instructions and database structure is presented. This is a basic project, so I won't be able to escrow or make advance payment.
