The task is quit easy.
Redevelop an existing CMS.
You can download it from http://web2.login2007.de/cms.zip and install it on
your Server.
The task is to redevelop it.

Function and moduls must be same. But all variables and all folders must be
diffrent. The Task is only fullfilled if nobody can see that it is from an
existing CMS.
Also all used Icons must be replaced with new ones.

Just some examples to make it more clear:
If you click on home. The Variable in the URL is index.php?section=home if you
modify it than it should look like: index.php?part=start

Or: there is a javascript for Statistics. You may see it only in the Source
code.
some files called:
/core_modules/stats/counter.php?mode=noscript&referer=&pageId=1
this must be completly diffrent from now.

Also in the Source you will find some Comments from the old vendor Contrex or
Altavista. This should be deleted in all files and all Database entries of
course.

So again: All functions and modules must be same. But at the end it is required
that nobody can see that it is from an existing CMS. Please: only bid if you are
able to fulfill this requirement.
This is not only to rename some folder and make search and replace with some
variables. You must have some programming knowledge to be able to do that job.
Also the icons in the Admin Area, should be renamed or replaced with new Icons.
