Description:	We have a client that is after a quote for a complete redesign of www.brownbear.com.au. As they are a family oriented ISP the site needs to be fairly colourful and user/family friendly. The only part of the current site that needs to be on the new site is the logo (the bear on the left hand side). They are looking for a complete redesign of the site and would prefer it not to be template based. If they give us the go ahead payment will not be made until a completed site is shown.
