   RE-INVOKE ONE EMAIL TEMPLATE

Ours is a social networking site that, when members click on the 'Email' button
on another user's profile, an internal mail message will be sent to the person,
along with an external email template to the person's email account asking him
to log back into the site and view the internal mail message he's received.
Lately, it's been found that that external email template is not being sent
anymore while the internal mail message still continues to go out and function
as per normal - THANK GOODNESS, as it did smoothly for the past 2 years. So I
think a programmer, one or two months ago, did some work that, perhaps because
of a bug or 2, caused that external email template not to go out, when it
should, as it used to be working normally for the past 2 years. So, I think you
just have to find from my whole website where that particular email template is
found, and then it is just intuitively straightforward that when the 'Email'
button is pressed, this template ought to go out to the corresponding user as an
email message (telling him to log back onto the site and view the internal mail
message he's received).
The 'Email' button is found in a number of places, including(but not limited to)
the search results a member is viewing, but I suspect there is a central place
that invokes this particular email template, such that mainly the work lies in
fixing this central place, but I can't be completely sure.
Apart from that, when the 'flirt' button and 'hotlist' button is pressed, the
flirt email template and hotlist email template luckily still go out and
therefore work as per normal. But you have to change the sender portion from
admin AT yourdomain.com to another preferred name AT yourdomain.com for
consistency with the other email templates sent out by my site.
Lastly, there is one miscellaneous text-change work involved on just a
particular php page, where you just need to copy and paste less than 10 words
from me to replace a certain sentence on that php page.
