When any member on my dating site tries to send a message to another member, he just has to click on 'Email' button to compose the message and send it to the targeted recipient. Now, I want there to be a maximum limit of 5 messages per targeted recipient per day. Note subtle difference in meaning: It is not "per day", but "per targeted recipient per day". After each 24-hour period is over, the count shall drop back to zero, such that is possible to resend messages to the same targeted person without any restriction (assuming on previous day, the sender met the limit), until again the quota of 5 messages per targeted recipient per day is hit as the limit. (But then, the user shall still be able to send messages to other targeted persons, as they are different targeted persons, having their own SEPARATE quota of 5 messages per targeted recipient per day to him - pretty straightforward!)
