Hi,
I'm sure few of you had posted an bid on my last project, "Clone of LeadsBoom".
I already designed the whole site, myself -> AssuredSignups.com.
Anyway, I'm here for the quick qoute / order system. I'm not asking for advanced
but simple, fully coded system. Should include the quote (showing price tag)
then order part too.
Examples:

- http://www.wantedhits.com/index.php?go=order **mostly preferred!!**
Should include field boxes:
- email addy (send order form to admin / customer)
- website url (enter website url)
- website title (website title)
- website info (short info about website)
- testimonials (short info to encourage members to signup)
- signup type (dropbox list)
- # of signups (dropbox list)
- payment type (dropbox list or buttons)
*payment type:
- PayPal (^required^)
- StormPay (^required^)
- LinkPoint (Credit Cards - LinkPoint.com ^recommend but not required^)

THE QUOTE / ORDER SYSTEM.

I
forgot to mention that the order system SHOULD be fit in the
assuredsignups.com/purchase.php because I'm using the php codes.
I do not need any design because I already using header.php / footer.php.

There only three page:
header.php
includes/buy.php
footer.php

I hope you get the idea..
