Description:

Input:
1. Newspaper outputs a Quark Express file of calendar events (what format? XML?
XpressTags?, you decide).
2. The file is input to PHP script somehow (file upload, or maybe an email
attachment?)
3. PHP script parses the Quark file, extracts the data, and creates SQL
statements, inserting calendar events into a MySQL database.
Output:
1. A Quark File Export web page. User can select the calendars he wants to
export (default all), and the date range (default "next week").
2. User clicks on the big shiny "Export to Quark" button, and the PHP script
extracts the appropriate records from the mysql tables, formats them into a
Quark file, and prints out to the browser with the correct MIME type header.
Note: There are several data classification differences between the Quark format
and the SQL table format, so there must be an extra data format transformation
stage, in both the input and output scripts.
