Description:

Seeking bids on a php program that will help me manage emails that our
spamfilter has sent to our 'suspected spam' mailbox.
The program will need to display the 'to', 'from', 'subject' lines, with the
first 100 characters from the body of the email visable if 'subject' is
mouseovered.
Multiple users should be able to log in to the quarantine manager:
- If a regular user, emails selected (via a checkbox) are to be sent to the
intended recipeint when the submission button is pushed, and the 'from' address
is whitelisted.
- If the user is admin, selected emails are sent to intended recipient, the
'from' address is whitelisted, and all unselected emails are deleted.
Emails released (sent on to the intended recipient) need to be unaffected by
their visit to the quarantine mailbox. The 'from', 'to', 'subject' and 'body'
should not be changed. It should not be labeled 'forward'. Attachments should
also be unaffected.
