The output must be 100% template driven for easy layout changes. Only easy layouts must be developed for demo. We will do the final layouts but that requires that nearly everything is easy to include into templates via variables! Payment will be made after working demo! short discription: users should be able to signup for a free or for a paid membership. Both are equal but 'free' must submit content in order to 'pay' for membership. Members have access to galleries of all users, can write comments on pics, rate pics etc... 1. free membership signup form: -> upload (pics, vids, zips) -> username -> check for availability -> personal info -> story for content 2. paid membership with ccbill or other billing provider (solution must be discussed) - signup form before ccbill -> select username -> check username for availability -> personal info -> add username to database ccbill will select for next signup -> redirect to ccbill 3. structure: admin area: - overview screen -> new uploaded content waiting for approval -> from current users -> from new users -> stats -> #members, users online, peaks... -> #sets -> loadtime -> last backup - easy ticket support system - generate static preview pages as static html and copy them into a folder -> last "20 days of submissions", "50 sets"... (config) -> all links lead to join page - usermanagement -> delete/lock/add user -> add/delete/keep user dir -> lookup all content of this user -> email user/all users -> extend user membership in days - save/export/backup database - approve uploads -> new users -> link to content (to look at) -> edit story / comments -> mail user for additional questions before approval -> set on waiting list -> resize pics to a certain size [high-width, compression (-> config)] -> adding url to full size pictures -> make thumbs -> quality -> config -> approve / deny user (deny with reason) -> send auto email approve / deny -> enter membership length in days with start day (today or future date) -> current users -> link to content (to look at) -> edit story / comments -> mail user for additional questions before content gets added -> set on waiting list -> resize pics to a certain size [high-width, compression (-> config)] -> adding url to full size pictures -> make thumbs -> quality -> config -> approve / deny content (deny with reason) -> send auto email approve / deny -> show current membership status -> paid members -> on approval ccbill will be canceled (manual) + membership will be extended for entered days -> free members -> on approval membership will be extended for entered days - edit content - browse content by user/time submitted/time approved/added -> select & delete/edit certain content/story/comments - add news, polls user area - main site -> table of newest additions/best rated/most viewed... -> config (include via VARIABLES) -> news, polls, advertisements (each easy to include in template via VARIABLES) - navigation -> config -> main -> best rated -> most viewed -> browse by date -> browse by name (a-z) -> search for in: name, comments, story - user tables -> 1-3 thumbs -> link to gallery of this user set -> email link -> PM -> #comments -> #sets of user -> link to overview of all sets -> "search for user" - gallery -> thumbs of all pics in this set #of thumbs per page -> config -> links to big pics -> popup, new window, same window ->config -> comments -> # of comments -> config -> (extra comment popup for all comments) -> link post comment -> rate set -> send email ->PM - picture view -> pic -> rate pic -> send pic as ecard to friend -> tagging of pic with url -> config - support -> easy ticket support system configuration - config file (must be highly configurable, no forms needed for configuration) -> on/off for certain functions (should be easy to implement these extensions, discussion!!!) -> board -> comments -> rating -> private messages -> poll -> ecard -> max upload size -> file extensions for upload -> # of thumbs per page -> and more....
