Description:	My site is a PHPNuke site, which uses blocks and modules. I need a stock quote ticker block that will display just one stock (our company) with grean up, red down, arrows and a disclaimer of the quote being 15 minutes delayed. I do not want this block to use a java applet, as I do not want vistors to have run time errors if they do not have the proper java installed.
