Good PHP/MySQL skills required for this project. We currently have 4 programers in a team, but we are constantly looking for good candidates with PHP/MySQL and analytical skills for different assignment. We will ask you to fix a few things. These fixes will not be the main goal. Our real goal is to find out how fast you can learn the code written by somebody else, learn about your attitude and ability to communicate and work fast in stressfull environment. So consider it as paid test of your skills. Unfortunately we had to many "programmers" who are not really able to work with somebody's code. Our goal is to find ONE, who is able. Sorry, but I prefer to test the person on this short project to protect myself. If you know another way to select reasponsible and able worker, please advice it to me. I will appreciate it. However ... since Scriptlance fees and programmer compensation are paid there is no violation of any rules or business ethics. You will be asked to fix / change several existing screens and tables. I will instruct you what changes need to be done. I am not asking anything extraordinary. Just ability to learn pretty complex system, analyze, fix and communicate. I used to understand what is the person's ability within 4-6-8 hours of extensive work that requires a lot of communication. Let us deside what part of the system you will be capable to participate in. If you are really good we will offer your the chain of projects + bonuses to every project accomplished as agreed. We will offer only projects in the scriptlance and don't accept any outside offers or deals. Please describe you current availability: a. Amount of hour you usually work per day and planning to work for us if we will offer you next project after this one. b. Availability through ICQ btwn 7AM and 9PM Pacific Standard Time (Californian Time) c. Ability to be online as long as needed. d. Consider project as business agreement. e. Not planning any events that might prevent you from participation in further projects such as holidays, ethnic festivals, weddings, uncle's death and such that used as excuses for dropping projects. So if you have some kind of uncivilized internet access, no electricity or 2 hours per day for this work, please find another project. We used to pay bonusses to ABLE programmers.
