We are a company that sells mortgage leads and currently have a website that
allows our members (over 8000 members) log-in to there account and cherrypick
mortgage leads based off of the criteria that the choose. The can make a filter
to filter down to the state and type of leads they like so everytime they login
it shows them the newest leads that we upload to the system (we upload leads in
csv format) the user can select the leads that they want to add to their cart
and then buy the leads with money that they have deposited in to their account.
If they get a bad lead from us they can report that lead to use and we can
credit their account back. There are other features we currently have on the
site. The current site is LeadBull.com - you can go create a test accountthere
for free to look at the sytem. We are exploring making a new system and need a
programmer to do this for us. It has to be able to handle 20,000 or more members
and tons of sgl processes at one time and keep up to speed for everyone, We use
paypals IPN feature for people to add funds to the accounts.
There is an admin panel for us to email all members and edit member profiles and
add funds manually.
This project is very important and we will allow 30-90 days for completion and
will only pay affter site is 100% complete and will pay very well.
Please look at the current site and look at other sites similar by searching for
mortgage leads on google. It is basically a lead cherrypicking system that has a
lot of action.
