PHP Scripts Install & Configure
This project calls for the installation and configuration of a program called
videoguard http://www.hoyasoft.com/ and the installation, configuration of a php
whoisonline script. I have the 4 page whoisonline script. Integrate Videoguard
with ccbill as the payment processor. Installations will be on a windows 2003
server. I will not pay a deposit but will gladly use an escrow service such as
escrow.com for payment in full upon a complete and working project.
The hoyasoft program can be downloaded and installed before purchasing to assure
that it works. They have working demo sites that will work for my application
with the addition of the whoisonline script. I will use the pay per minute
configuration. You can see the working site demos here...

from my home page to enter my site I need to show whoisonline instead of the
demos static page. The whoisonline page only needs to show a thumb pic and
username. The link from the thumb pic when clicked will pop open the
login/reg/buy or, if logged in, the embedded media player (with with buy more
time button).
