Description: |
I have an existing script that uses an existing database, and template system, and generates static catalog html pages from this. I need some updates to. All the script does is read an existing database and generate static files from it basically. 1.1 - (EVEREST TEMPLATE ONLY) Using the Everest template we would like to make the item pages integrate with our shopping cart located at http://www.solesurvivorleather.net. (see: http://www.solesurvivorleather.com/developer/everest, and http://www.solesurvivorleather.com/developer/sys/templates/everest/item.html) I need this to work for both matrix and non-matrix items. The add to cart button needs to use a form button that posts to some sort of script that will add the item to the users cart. This link will add any item to the cart that exists in the database: http://www.solesurvivorleather.net/solesu/value/gocart.asp?ic=1087P&type=i&qty=1&agent=blah Replace the 1087P with the ITEMNO and replace the 1 for quantity with the value entered in the quantity field. The agent value should be something i can change in a hidden form field. http://www.solesurvivorleather.net/solesu/value/gocart.asp?ic=1087P&type=i&qty=1&agent=blah The way a matrix item works is a little different. You can see a matrix item: http://www.solesurvivorleather.net/solesu/value/go.asp?gc=1004&ItemType=MG&agent= (When you select an option, and then the other option the page changes to specific item page.) I need my pages to work the same way in the Everest template only. You should find this information in the MATRIX_ITEMS table. Using the ELEMENT_CODE's you should be able to accomplish this. The page should work where when an option is selected and then the other option the page loads directly to the correct item page that on SOLESURVIVORLEATHER.NET. It should work just like: http://www.solesurvivorleather.net/solesu/value/go.asp?gc=1004&ItemType=MG&agent=. Notice if you choose Size 35 and COlor Black 215 it brings up an error page. It should work the same way from the Everest template. If I goto: http://www.solesurvivorleather.com/developer/everest/item_1004.html and select size 35, and color black it should take me to the page you see when selecting those options from http://www.solesurvivorleather.net/solesu/value/go.asp?gc=1004&ItemType=MG&agent=. But when I select Sixe 36, and Color Black it should add that actual item 1004-036-36 to my shopping cart. IF you are unable to make this happen we can discuss alternative solutions to this issue. Please be aware I having you make this only on the Everest template but I will be making other templates that use these same features so make sure I can make other templates that utilize the features as stated in the Everest template. THE FOLLOWING ARE TO WORK FOR ALL TEMPLATES: 1.2 - Meta Description & Keywords - WE will use CUSTMEMO1 for Meta Description and CUSTMEMO2 for Meta Keywords. 1.3 - Custom Fields. - You will be displaying the custom fields the same way I have Dimensions and Group posted on the page. Except you will display all data from CUSTCHAR fields only where WEB_ACTIVE = 'T'. You get the title of the CUSTCHAR field from the CUSTFLD table such as Measurements. See www.solesurvivorleather.net (click belt buckles, then a category, then an item and you will see the custom fields displayed on that page Measurments or Dimensions and Group) 1.4 - List Items in Multiple Categories. Using the table ITEM_EQ you will find the column EQ_CODE, and ITEMNO, and DESCRIPT, CATEGORY, and SELLPRIC, WEBDESC, AND WEB_ACTIVE, AND CUSTCHAR fields, you will also find CUSTMEMO1, and 2 (For meta fields as mentioned in 1.2), and CUSTNUM1 (Item Rank which should already be used on current items for item rank order). If any of these fields are empty it will use the fields from the Items table for the set ITEMNO. For Example: #6252 Item No: 6252 EQ_Code: 6252TST If any of those fields are NULL it will use the data from the items table. PAYMENT UPON COMPLETION WITH BONUS IF COMPLETED IN (3) DAYS. ALSO OPPORTUNITY FOR ADDITIONAL UPGRADE WORK TO THIS SCRIPT. Related Projects: This project is the proprietary information of .
