Upgrade surf bar for auto surfing exchange.
Recode or Upgrade the surf bar with the following features.
Ability to start surfing by visiting http://www.site.com/surfing.php?ref=1
If user closes surf window or a site tries to break frames it asks user if they
wish to stop surfing in a popup or wish to report a frame breaker or continue
surfing.
Allow one surf session per user at one time.
User must surf one site at beginning of each session and after the second site
is shown credits are given after each site is shown for the full surf timer to
user.
Open account will bring to main site page for login.
Winning person will be able to do future projects if they wish.

We are looking to have this project done by November 23 2004
Must provide a demo, it will be tested.
Payment will be made via paypal or scriptlance when project is 100% done and
tested out be me. No Escrow.
