Description:	I need a clone of the script on this site: http://www.fodzoeker.nl with a few modifications. the site is in dutch so I've included an image which will hopefully show what I need. Basically it's a php/mysql script where visitors can enter their email, message, attach an image and submit it to the site. the site will then display these messages in a small table. these tables are organized in 3 columns sorted by date and pagenated. I would also need a search box. users will also need to confirm their emailaddress before the message is placed. I will need 2 new fields which are 'name' and 'category'. what i won't need is the little image indicating how old the message is, but instead I will need an image depicting the category.
