Description:	Programmer to update an existing site's code and tidy it up. PHP with no DB and all written to file. There will be graphic changes of which will be provided to you and new CSS styles to use. A small amount of additional programming required. ie: Under "Properties" no more than 5 per page. Visitors should be able to click on page number (Page: 1 \| 2 \| 3 \| 4 \|, etc...) to go to next page of properties. I have this site in it's entirety however, I think the code is quite messy so the Programmer will need to go through and TIDY UP. "Subscribe to Daily Email List" also needs changes, but not much.
