all the information for this project: The process is essentially in 2 steps. 1- user submits form (already done) and 2 - we ask for payment (This posting). The only common thing about the 2 steps is the DD ref number. A user signs up and must submit DirectDebit details via an online form. The data is pulled out from a mysql databse. This form is already developed and the information is obtained from mysql databse. We would like a script / App / webpage to do the following: Allow us to enter a date from when to select the records. cycle through (from the above date till today) all the records in the databse that match a criteria (Payment Method = DD and DD Ref = not empty and payment submitted = no) The details of the data to be pulled out are in the databse and will be provided to whoever wins the project. some details are DD ref number, sort code, account number, outstanding / initail payment. Next payment amount etc. Display the results on a page. give us an option (tick box) to say selct Once the records are selected we would like to either accept, modify or cancel each record. Once accepted each record must be written to a new line in csv file. This CSV file must be e-mailed to a preefined e-mail address. Once the file has been submitted update the Pyamnet Submitted flag (so that next search does not find the same record) We want to have the control to run this page / scipt when we like. The details outlined abve are not set in stone and can be changed if someone thinks theres a better way of doing this. The curent system we are using is ModernBill. The person that wrote the DirectDebit submit page did an excelent job in pulling the data from the databse. I have that code. I will provide the existing code. add a specify date, searchon the criteria, write to a file and send. I would imagine someone with good knowledge of PHP will be able to do this in a about 5 hours. I would also like someone to be able towrite something to genarte a report on who was sent for payment collections in a given month / timeframe I will be posting some follow up / add-ons to this. If someone is interested in taking the entire thing as a whole please tlk to me. My budget is limited hence price would be a big factor to decide on the winner.
