3 Tables 1st Table Called Inventory: !All Feilds will need to be required to be filled in! *Tech Number (drop down box with options) *Eqiupment Type (drop down box with optionS) *Serial Number (text box with up to 50 characters available) *Job Number (text box with up to 12 characters) 2nd Table Called Jobs *Tech Number (drop down with Options) *Job Number (text box with up to 10 characters) *Date (Auto Insert Date from Server but with ability to modify dated, so not locked) *Completion Codes (Text box with up to 50 Characters available) *Sub Address (text Box with up to 50 Characters available) *Special Comments (Text box with up to 50 Characters Available, not a required feild) *Type of Job (this will be a few drop down boxes buttons next to each other with the following labels, each drop box will have the numbers of 0-5 in them) - HN - PC - ET - TC - AC - SP 3rd Table Called Miles *Tech Number (drop down with Options) *Date (Auto Insert Date from Server but with ability to modify dated, so not locked) *Total Miles for Day Admin Panel: *Ability to Add Users, The User name will be what corosponds with the tech number field in both forms. When logged in the said tech will only be able to choose the tech number of the logged in user id. All others will not be there. Static feild based on Userid logged in under. *Ability to have 3 level of users - 1) Admin (access to everything, including admin panel and ability to modify records) 2) Tech (access to only enter data and pull reports based on their tech#, ability to modify records entered by their tech# only) 3) Lead (access to enter data and pull reports based on everyones tech# and ability to modify records) *Ability to Add Options for the Equipment Type Report Ability 1) Search Inventory Table by Tech and Date to pull all equipment used by that tech on that day Output with a clean printable table, with the following format [Date] [Tech#] [Job Number] [Eqiupment Type] [Seial Number] With Ability to Sort by each Column 2) Search Inventory Table by Date to show what all techs used for equipment Output with a clean printable table, with the following format [Date] [Tech#] [Job Number] [Eqiupment Type] [Seial Number] With Ability to Sort by each Column 3) Search Jobs Table by Tech and Date to pull Jobs Entered by Specific Tech and Date Output with a clean printable Table, with the following format [Date] [Tech#] [Job Number] [Completion Codes] 4) Search Jobs Table by Date to pull Jobs Entered on a specific Date Output with a clean printable Table, with the following format [Date] [Tech#] [Job Number] [Completion Codes] 5) Pull Report based on a date range. The report will need to pull information by a Specific Tech# and the Job Code Feilds. The Report should do the following a) Multiply any HN Boxes by 20.50 b) Multiply any PC Boxes by 20.00 c) Multiply any HN Boxes by 2.00 d) Multiply any TC Boxes by 15.50 e) Multiply any AC Boxes by 10.00 f) Multiply any SP Boxes by 10.00 The Report should be in the specific format in a printable screen [Date] [Total Jobs] [HN] [PC] [ET] [TC] [AC] [SP] [Daily] [Total for Date Range] The Date box should have the date The Total Jobs box will be HN + PC + ET + TC + SP for the date specificed The HN will be all the HN Boxes added together for that said date The Pc will be all the HN Boxes added together for that said date The ET will be all the HN Boxes added together for that said date The TC will be all the HN Boxes added together for that said date The AC will be all the HN Boxes added together for that said date The SP will be all the HN Boxes added together for that said date The Daily box will be the numbers in two letter boxes multipled by the information above for example The Total for Date Range box will be the All the Daily boxes displayed added together.
