Quote must have customizable fields including ability to put prices for products and automated adds total and includes tax. Once created quote must beable to send to customers fax and/or email that has been stored under contact information, via the management system. All activity, quotes, must be logged under customer profile. Invoices must beable to be create and have same funtions and features as quotes. Must beable to arrive to customers email in word or excel format. Management system must beable to track process of customer with ( sent quote, 1st follow up, waiting for call back, waiting for approval, waiting for payment, appointment set, install set, delivery scheduled, etc. ) Management system will automatically email customer follow up letter (pre-written) every 5 days depending on action. must beable to have multiple users log in and view there personal contact management must have section to view pre-written scripts, along with must have section to add pre-written scripts must beable to view from admin when and who logged in and for how long must beable to email from management system using our pop and smtp server must be installed on our webserver when completed and tested for errors prior to installation. must require username and password to access Additional features may be added during development stages Need programer to work with us on this project and be open to additions or changes.
