Description:	Basically what im looking for is a simple news / article submission script with the option for comments. Ideally i would like an admin section where registered staff could login (if this login could integrate with a vbulletin members database would be great) and submit site news / articles and daily links under specific topics. This submitted information would be stored in database tables and displayed on the site in different sections of the page - I have the basic html design/structure complete.
