Description:	This project requires a PHP billing system be created from scratch. It's a basic ordering system that appears through a monthly calendar. The end-user should be able to see times listed within each day of the calendary (1pm and 6:30pm for example). These are delivery times. When they click a time, they are clicking to order a delivery of food at that time period.
