Description:

Netfirms Web Hosting for Small Business

I need some php work done. This is everything I need done with my site
(www.ultimateonlinegamer.com)
Right now the auction setup fees arnt set up the way I would like them done, I
would like you to go in and change them. They are set up so they can be modified
via the admin, but this isnt nessisary. You could just program them in via the
code, and if I need them changed I can go into the code and change them, should
make it a little bit easier. The problem is, that when your posting an auction
it says what the listing fee will be. This will have to be changed so that it
will display the correct listing fee.
I also want the final value fee changed so that only auctions ending about $1000
are charged a final value fee of 5%
Next I need the invoice part of my site changed. As it stands right now when you
post an auction, the price you pay to post it is inserted into your invoice,
however this is only done during the initial auction set up. If you go back in
and edit the fees your invoice isnt changed. If you have any experiance with
ebay, you would understand. Say you post an auction for $5 and are charged $1 to
list it. Then you edit your auction and change the price to $500, the listing
fee on $500 is like $20. Ebay will go back and charge you the additional $19,
where as my site remains at the original $1. This also happens when loweing the
start price. If you post for $500 and then change to $1 your account should be
credited the $19. There are 1 of 2 ways to fix this. You can fix it to that the
invoice updates itself, or you can make it so that you cannot edit the auction
start price at all.
If you go to my website (www.ultimateonlinegamer.com), on the main page you will
see:
featured auctions
recently listed auctions
recently bid on auctions
and
ending soon auctions
When posting an auction there is a place where you can select if you want to be
a featured auction, if you check yes your charged the fee for being a featured
auction.
I would like to know if its possible to change it to:
Gallery Featured Auctions (currently featured auctions)
Then change "recently listed auctions" to -featured auctions- would be like
gallery featured but not include a picture, would need to be able to select this
option or not and then be charged a price if it was selected. Would like it be
show only about 10 auctions at a time, if there are more then 10 featured
auctions running, then they should rotate as the homepage is accesed. Next I
want the recently bid on auctions replaced with Top Sellers, this would be the
top 5 sellers at the current time. Top 5 would be the five sellers with the most
running auctions at the current time. Finally I would like a sections called
"high rollers" or somthing like that to replace ending soon auctions. This would
be were the top 5 highest priced auctions currently running on the are placed.
Would have to have a program run through to check all the auctions and pull out
the top 5 with the highest prices, same with top sellers.
