Description:	I am looking for an experienced and efficient PHP-coder/-guru who can provide me with a PHP/MySQL-based contacts management tool. The tool is actually pretty simple, it allows searching for names, addresses, phone numbers etc. Users can check/update their contacts, for example if address or so changed. More details upon request. Please state in your bid how you can help me and what sort of experience you have, thank you. Some template-engine should be used. Smarty maybe or similar? Also tell me please when you could start and how long you would need for such a tool (I know you probably can't tell this before you have seen the full description). I can also provide you with a mockup which shows the very simple, css-based design which should be used for this tool. There is no graphic actually, just a very simple layout.
