1) Client thinks the international calculation is currently using Global Priority rate, it should be using USPS EMS 2) In admin, add "Handling Fee" where a cost and dollar amount will be specified and if total order is below the dollar amount, it will add that fee within the shipping & handlind cost 3) Order Step (Shipping Address) - client wants a checkbox here, "check if billing address is same" and if checked, it will autofill the billing address 4) Add to Cart - when items are added to cart, it should not automatically go the the "view cart" page, it should stay on the same page, but reflect the addition on the items in cart at the top, this will allow for the removal of "continue shopping" button on the view cart and any other continue shopping link can use the "back" function. this needs to be discussed . First thing to confirm if add to cart buton is submited than page will be submitted to add the item in cart and control will be back to the same page i..e page will refresh. Second thing if page will have 'item in cart' at the top than on item number will be displayed. Third thing if user wants to submit the order than he or she have to move to view cart page to submit the order. 5) Special Order button - new classification where if OOS = s, parts will display a new button "Special Order", which will function as the "Order" button. by order button this means it will take immediately the user to order submittion step 1 where shipping details are entered please confirm on this. 6) In admin in all Manage Orders - add "email invoice" below "print invoice" and email should go to shipping at Phase3 & AVON for ravappsonlyraptors.com in exact invoice format provided an html email client is used to see the emails 6b) In "view billing details" add CC type 7) Discount Code - In addition to current codes, ability to add parts at a special price with a minimum order amount. 8) Order Completion - email should be sent to customer and shipping at onlyraptors.com in exact invoice format 8b) On every page where invoice is shown, below "Ship From" add address linked from database 9) In admin, client wants ability to delete customers 10) The 1-Click functions works great when a person is logged in from the beggining. BUT, when customer is not logged and he/she adds items to cart and then proceeds to checkout and logs in when opted, then it goes through all the steps even if customers is setup for 1-Click function. This needs to be corrected. AVON One active link (AVON): AVON - when clicked will have 2 options: 1) Register - registration will require only email & password) 1a) Order Page - Upon submission from registration, it will go to "Order Page" (top will display some registration confirmation text and a confirmation email will be sent to customer) 1b) Personal Info Page - This will collect personal information such as Full Name, Address & Phone (this will have a checkbox "check to save data") 1c) Confirmation Page - This page will have Thank You text, Print Invoice option, Email to Admin & Payment Instructions in text (possibly paypal link) 2) Login - login using email & password 2a) Order Page - see above for details 2b) Personal Info Page (if not checked before in step 1b--if checked, step 2b should be skipped) 2c) Confrimation Page - see above for details ADMIN - login will have the following options: 1) Pending Orders - This will have View Order Details, Change Status to Complete & Print Invoices 2) Completed Orders - This will have View Order Details & Print Invoices 3) Customers - This will have View Customers & Edit Customers (this will show all customer info, including password--no encryption and type* ORDER FORM - The order form will be very simple with 15-20 rows with 6 columns (Page #, Product #, Product Description, Price, Qty, Total Price) per row (all items will be keyed in--nothing from database). It will have a Subtotal, Processing Fee (flat amount), Tax (8.25%) and Total Amount. Registration - Every user should be given a type*, blank can be the default, admin can have a type=a, admin will have the ability to assign types (this is really for a future phase of the project, where the type will determine the type of user) This project should be really basic, customers will have no ability to change or view their information once registered. There will be no product database, all products are in a catalog/magazine and customers will simply key in information onto the form. The order form will only have to calculate the subtotal and total amount.
