Description:	My site activates member's accounts after paying through PayPal. However, the past 1-2 days PayPal hasn't been activating the accounts after somene sends payment. I need this fixed ASAP! I thought maybe it was just PayPal having issues but 95% of my accounts from March 1st till now are inactive and I had to go and activate them myself. Please be an expert on PayPal IPN as I need it done ASAP! Thanks! Additional Info (Added 3/3/2005 at 0:01 EST)... Another weird thing is I'm not getting PayPal notification e-mails saying like "$1 has been sent to you.. blah blah blah" So I have no idea what's going on but it's not working correctly.
