I don't have much for a up-front capability right now (basically nothing), but I have a marketing plan to hit nationwide. the concept is as follows for the 1st project: STEP 1: user selects a template from a list of templates (with a thumbnail presentation of the template) (I will generate the thumbnail, and set the templates up for use in the system you design). STEP 2: user selects a file from their local computer, and uploads the .txt document (straight text nothing else) via a form. STEP 3: collect some information from the user, such as: name, email, simple capta to protect from being spammed. STEP 4: allow the user the ability to "upgrage" (purchase) a admin panel for their site, this would allow the user the ability to not only change the text around, but also add images, etc... (very simple admin panel, basically, a folder structure allowing the user the ability to edit meta tag data, using FCKeditor edit the html code insert picutures, etc... this is where the guarantee that you would get your money comes in, basically you get to add in code to ensure that you are alerted every time there is a sale (sending an email to both you and me), if if you wanted to insert a payment gateway, we could set up the auto-payment to both of us for 1/2 the cost. STEP 5: the user has a functional site online and ready to display. the ultimate in ease of use 8-) the key is the text document MUST be formated as the attached document is (including the ---- as a line seperator). basically what the script needs to do is 2 things, 1 insert the information into a table with associated fields, 2 take the template, and replace the variables in the template (I'll explain how to the winning bidder or should I say how I will set up the templates), then save each of the files as the filename (based on the appropriate line in the text file that is uploaded). all the files should be generated, and have a subfolder for the images (the sliced template), zip all html files, css, and images keeping a pre-determined folder structure, and present the user with a link to download the zip file (as a email link) forcing us to collect the email address. also you and I both have access to the admin panel for the email list, and we can use it as needed 8-). the other project will be a bit more involved, but it is a Niche market, that I have noticed NO ONE has done anything for. basically it is a simple admin panel, with the following items: photo gallery (specialized with about 10 fields per photo), calendar, multiple page with sub-catagory support (basica pages using fckeditor), btw photo gallery should be seperate for each catagory. should have a secure section (registration required, and user approval by admin), news-letter, should allow for a changable header image, and should support webrings for all pages, also google ads, a FAQ section, 1 contact form supporting up to 15 fields, and automatically generating the table structure. (I'm betting some of you may already have something nearly perfect for this one already done, this is a VERY common structure for an admin panel), the biggest difference, is I want 1 other thing, that I will mention ONLY in a PMB, just to make sure people are serious, and interested. please help me, I think the 2nd project could be a HUGE item. especially if you can add in different layouts for the gallery, and a simple search in the gallery (select options I should say) Related Projects:  Ongoing Premium Logo Design Flash Expert wanted!
