I would like to make a modification to my osCommerce store. I would like to add the ability to ask 5-10 mandatory questions to my customers before they purchase (how did you like the site - good, bad, great, etc. , where did you find us, Google, overture, etc. etc.). I would like full control over the questions- the number of questions appearing and what they ask for. I should mention that the reason for this is not to do a 'blind' survey, rather I want this information attached to the person's account. I require that I be able to go into my database and retrieve the information for every customer for follow-up and correspondence between us and them. I may want to send an email to someone who 'likes' the design of our site, or someone who 'dislikes' the design, etc. As long as I can retrieve and export the database (to an xls file) and sort it to filter the appropriate contact information, the job will be done (unless there is an easier way to retrieve and filter it). Again, these questions are mandatory. If they don't answer they don't buy. I would prefer this on the page right before the actual processing of the card after they've filled the standard order information. I look forward to reviewing your bid.
