Description:	I am establishing a new site and want to use osCommerce. I need, however, three modifications to the basic osCommerce ver2.2 site to make it work for my client. They include 1. The ability to sell to school districts and schools that are tax exempt. (this script may work fine http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contributions,944/category,all/search,tax+exempt) 2. The ability to take a Purchase Order Number (PO) at the point of sale, rather than a credit card. This transition must be seamless and should not modify any verification tools built into osCommerce 3. The ability to charge a percentage (%) of the sales price for shipping. Fee must include support for 60 days, if needed to fix bugs. It would be ideal to view a similar working system the bidder has developed before the project is authorized, but not required.
