Description:	We need a PHP / Smarty expert to review our code and optimize it. There are 20 or so pages that have to be examined and then the code and database queries should be optimized including making sure our pages are caching as efficiently as possible. We really need an extremely proficient coder with optimization experience as this is all about improving speed and efficiency. Some of our pages integrate with vBulletin, so familiarity with that sytem is preferred. A successful project will lead to more work coding new pages.
