Basically, what I want is an online tax interview form and the
contents should be stored in db. The visitors creates his or her account with
the username and pw. Then they will answer the online interview form and
submit. If they can't complete the whole thing then they should be able save it
and come later to continue. Once submitted, the contents should be stored in
db. From the admin panel, the registered tax agents with the usrname and pw
should be able to login and the users there with the account information they
have submitted in the web interface form. Here we need different options such
print it, email it to some other tax agent for the lodgement, etc. We can also
give them online realtime credit card payment or deduct the fee from the refund
if any. The user account should be very strong area where the user can login
anytime and his details, lodged, confirmed or not.etc I will explain more in
details to the programmer who will be selected for this project. Thanks
