I'm in need of a Price Quote System with a simple Affiliate Function. The
program will consist of an:
Affiliate Area
A very simple Affiliate Area, where people will sign up, get approved by admin,
then become an affiliate. When affiliate logs in, system should greet affiliate
by first name.
Request For a Quote Form (Within the Affiliate Area CP)
The request for Quote form should auto generate a Quote#. Quotes should be
searchable within the database using qutoe#, client name, affiliate ID, date,
etc. Quote data of course will be stored on a MySQL database where they can be
viewed, edited, deleted, cancelled and restored.
Affiliate will use that form to submit quotes on behalf of their clients. Admin
will respond with a quote, then Affiliate will either agree with the quote and
pay for it or decline it and close the case after a certain amount of time has
elapsed. If a quote is converted into an invoice and a payment is made, the
affiliate will earn a commission(Admin to set commissio level). I want that
commission posted on the Affiliate Control Panel Welcome Page. When Affiliate
logs in, he/she will have a quick stats of: How many Quotes submitted, How many
are pending, How many have been converted into invoices, how many has been paid
for and how much commission has been generated. Remember Affiliate make the
purchase of that quote turned into invoice on behalf of their clients, so an
affiliate can have an unlimited number of generated quotes. As far as the
affiliate system, I don't need any of the traditional affiliate script functions
such as "link tracking" and all that jazz. Just a plain vanilla Affiliate system
tracking number of quotes submitted, paid and commission earn.
There should also be a payment interface with Paypal for quotes turned into
invoice payment. Once affiliate has been authorized by their client, they can
come back to the site, login to their control panel and convert that quote into
an invoice, then pay for it using payment or checkout and linkpoint.
I have a specific form with the relevant fields name for the Request For Quote
form. Upon begining the project I'll provide that information.
Via the Admin Panel, admin should be able to email all affiliates, affiliates
with pending quotes, affiliates with no quotes, etc. Admin will approve all
affiliate account (Can also set to auto approve). The admin area should have a
financial overview function to list total number of quote, amount of money for
these quotes, affiliate commission total, total number of paid quotes and
amount. Admin should be able to generate report by day, month and year. Admin
should be able to see who's online (all users) and who's an affiliate and who's
just a visitor. Admin should also be able to send Newsletter to all Affiliates.
There should also be a notification system to alert admin of new affiliates sign
up, new quote generate, paid, cancelled, deleted (only admin should delete
quotes). Admin should have all details about affiliate: Name, Tel, ext#, Fax,
Email,Address, city, state, zip, tax id, acreditation(will provide details on
that), accreditation#. Admin should be able to export finanical data to excel in
csv format.
Finally system should have an auto backup of the mysql database that can be set
daily, weekly, monthly or yearly.
I need someone who can do this fairly quick and someone I can keep close
communications with. Oh, I needed this 2 weeks ago :-)
I have my own dedicated server for this program.

NOTE: Please not that this quote system will not just pull data
from a rate sheet, but super-users and or admin will enter the quotes. Affiliate
will submit Request For Quotes and once Admin reply with a Quote, Affiliate will
proceed with Payment. Then Affiliate will be credited a percentage of the final
sale as commission that will be posted to their Affiliate Control Panel.
Affiliate can be paid by Admin via Paypal as well or by check. The rate data
sheet should be an option that admin can turn on and off as needed and should
not interfere with manual quote reply entries.
My ideal programmer/bidder should be able to provide a Demo FREE OF CHARGE of
the system, then we can work out the bugs. I will then pay for the system that I
will from their own. Programmer should not sell the script to others from that
point. (Strict Confidentiality). I need this fairly quick (1 to 2 weeks max).
