Description:	Hello I have a relatively new website that sells electronic phone cards. I built it using PHP/MySQL and use PayPal ( IPN ). I need help either making the PayPal portion of the system more robust, or having a new PayPal (IPN) portion implemented. I noticed a bug I need fix. When a user decides on joining paypal, the information needed to process the transaction is lost and I have no idea that a user was on my site.
