Description:	I need a good programmer to create from scratch a website type like www.bidvertiser.com However, it will be with a different twist and admin must be able to easy manage. Since the users will be placing these ads on their website I want it to be able to load in seconds. Script should also be able to handle thousands if not millions of ad display. I will give full details. I do not need a simple script that will crash down the road. I need the script built as if you were building it for yourself (to last). PUBLISHER: sign up page with Email verification (Can be switched on/off from admin panel) login - account ( create ad, view stat earnings, cancel, logout) post an ad make payment - using paypal stat to view clicks performance Password retrieval system ADVERTISER: sign up page with Email verification login - users account (links: user info, generate code, referral, cancel, and logout) Customize the layout of your ads stat to view ads performance Password retrieval system Admin Panel Features Extensive usage stats How many signups Configurable site parameters. Configurable layout parameters Full control over site color scheme (directly from admin panel) Email all or individual member Configure fees for different ads types (banner and text) Extensive member management console View/Edit/Delete Members View Member referral (how many visitor the refer to the site) view members earning ( dont know how the back end works for this) but admin should pay members when they reach $10 or $20 Search members Admin can manually ADD a text or banner ad Additional Info (Added 4/12/2006 at 0:19 EST)...
