I'm looking for Coders who are willing to work on the required features and
fixed to get musicplanet.com launched asap. Ideally, I would be seeking a profit
sharing option but als am open to receiving fair quotes for the work required
below:

I have looked at using http://clientexec.com for support / billing in addition
to paypal.com , plus http://iprosite.com - for managing FTP

Primary issues
Membership management
Fix registerartist.php and account.php - works at one point, not working now,
minor fix
Separate public and artist profiles. Currently if you sign up as a Public User
you can then sign up as a Band and see an admin link to your Band/s when logged
in as Public user. I want to separate the two accounts types. Additionally, if a
Band Member is signed up with two bands, they must be using different accounts
and signing in / signing out of the two accounts.
MusicMakers (Talent or Industry) membership signup integrated with paypal
payment page
File structure
Put all subfolders for artists under artist's main folder
Artist – created when setting up new artist – registerartist.php
photo – band photo
cdimages – CD photo
images
URLs for site – depending on regional location, type of MusicMaker.
Music management
MP3 upload seems to work – just can't see it on band page?
download and / or stream options
Ideally buy option integrated with paypal – but how?
How to pay artists for song buys?
