Link Exchange software development.
Admin section
- approve/reject links
- email sent to approval or rejection with custom message (customizable by
admin)
- add/delete categories/sections
- no duplicate listings
- edit any listing or re-assign any listing

User section
- signup form
- with these fields, name, email,password, title, description(125character
limit), site URL, Reciprocal URL (where our listing will be found on their site)
- once they fill out the form - it checks against the database to see if it
already exists - if yes nothing added - if no - Add menu pops up
- add menu this menu would appear if this is a new listing ( this menu would
provide all web sites in the link exchange and check box for each one)
- each box checked will - add to the confirmation email - the details of the
websites link exchange info)
- each box checked will also be saved with that link record and displayed on
each web site once approved by the admin.
- the categories will be the same for all sites using this software.
- each site needs to have it own files created for its link exchange - these
need to be FTP or created from the database each day
- the add form for each site is the same - with the check boxes of the other
sites on the network they can link exchange with
each link exchange will have it's own header.php and footer.php so the link
exchange categories, sub-categories and content in each category can be put into
simple template - that will use local files on each domain to display a custom
look.
