Description:	We require a html page to be created from either 1 of the attached files. You will see from the 2 examples we will be changing the background images and other colours to create new pages so everything should be easy to change to create a new look. Please note the scroll areas and scroll bars, these are important and the whole thing must work in Firefox, Safari and IE. Also note the transparent sections which must be created using css. Everything must be neat and tidy and be edittable in dreamweaver. Basically we will be creating various pages from the one design so everything must be easy to change.
