Description:	have a site called skinz.org. When you look on left down a bit you see categories like calculator. WHen you click you get a page called skins.phtml. This is a standard page and each category uses this. This skins.phtml page pulls in a header and footer template as well. I do not want this as every category has the same header and footer and therefore the same ads. I am trying to do two things here. One is that it would be nice if there was some way to use htaccess to show different page names for each cat. but htaccess will blow up the server cpu. so maybe a little script to go through my db and auto generate static html pages? Even if 100 pages that is ok if there is a way to embed in a few include files to change header and footer. Maybe one page per category is best ? Ideas needed.
