Description:	This job is to add a 1-10 scale for 1 being not hot, 10 being hot for a rating site. Presently the script has 2 buttons just being hot or not hot. I would like this changed to the scale, and also where there ratings are to put there auctual rating rather then how many times they were rated which would be done on a few pages. Next is I would like people to be able to rate members without having to login. Also I would like to have a remember me button placed for the members login page and login on the front of the site.
