Here are a list of features - http://www.tag-board.com/features.html Must include - People have to sign up for the service (free). They add iframe code to their website to display te tag board. Tag-board dynamically refresh's for everyone viewing the board when a tag is posted. Must have strong security and a control panel with the same settings as tag-board.com. EXTRA FEATURES - we need the ability to add advert tags to everyones tag-board.
