Male Escorts will go to the site, sign up and create a profile (maybe pay a monthly fee in a later version). Profiles need to be approved by admin before going live. Escorts should be able to receive private messages, account management for escorts to manage their profile, edit/delete profile. The site will need a search facility by area, type etc and a few other things. It needs a featured/latest escort listing, the ability for users to sign up to write reviews (with approval by admin) and a favorites list. All user accounts are hidden (and maybe for a monthly fee in a later version). An admin area for approving/editing escort profiles, user reviews and removing outdated accounts. The coder must be able to manage this project and be online regularly to communicate with me over the design. The project does not need to start until late July/August. When quoting let me know timescales and prices. I'd prefer that you are experienced and full of ideas because i would like to have a long term programmer to maintain and update the website when needed.
