This project is for Cha-Lang, auction.chalang.com.
Project would be to enhance the current features of the auction. Some features
will charge a fee and other will be provider free to all members who register.
Provider should create the features and the ability to charge the members
account for the features if member selects feature(s).
Fee charged features:
Bold item listings
Attention Grabbers (member allowed 1 grabber, choice of 5 grabbers)
Featured Auction (category specific and/or main featured, member selects)
Free features for all members:
Personal Page (Member should be able to create a personal page about themselves.
Should work off a standard template, and members would have a text area to edit
the page content. WYIWYG editor should be included)

Project will begin May 10.
Project will also integrate the Cha-Lang stores into the Auction. Member will be
given the oppotunity to create a store to sell their item(s). If they select to
create a store a link will be displayed at all their auction listings as well as
their personal page.
