test, debug and change some queries and php. The nature of the project doesn't allow me to mention every little feature and screen element. This assignement will last 4-5 days not because of the complexity, but because the fixes are scattered across the system. I have a long term goal here. I need to find the right candidate to fill up the gap in the team. My key programmer is getting married and it's very long procedure on the East. I am looking for someone who is very quick in troubleshooting and debudding. Candidate must have normal ISP and stable electrical power. A lot of communication will be required. Multiple deployments that I am planning also adding a few more things to my requirements. Please don't plan vacations, ethnic festivals or family reunions. Please don't plan to work a few hours a day and represent it as arround the clock sweat shop. Please don't plan to cheat me with the level of your skills, I will crack you in 20 minutes if you are not pro. I need real PHP professional not someone who is finishing 2nd chapter of the book.
