No More BS, if you do not havee extensive experience in ecommerence and shopping
cart development / implementation then don even think about biding. Boiler plate

We need feature rich front and backend. retail / wholesale / distributors /
member login in , price differences for different accounts, p.o.'s, invoicing,
tracking. Etc.
Need I say more. If you know this work then you know what is needed to run up to
par on the internet. Time is crucial to us as we are tripping over ourselves
everyday that this is not running right. Must be able to demenstrate the
ability to supply a flex working system and PROVE it works bug free.
No offense meant, but we are not playing mom and pop games, we need the right
stuff and the right person to do this. I dont care if you rip from what we have
now and make it happen or start from scratch as long as we do it seemless to the
frontend and do not interupt our business. This is a now project, only offered
to NOW programmers, no stalls, or long projections. We will give the winning
bidder the info to look under our hood, you make it happen and we DO PAY, but we
will not pay for pie in the sky and empty promises. Thanks in advance.

EST)...THIS IS AN UPDATE, WE COULD ALSO USE XCART BECAUSE OF ALL IT'S
BUILT IN FEATURES. In that case we would just need some custom work done to it,
BUT YOU BETTER KNOW XCART.. But if you have a better system and can back it up
we are listening. WE LIKE OUR WESITE DESIGN, SO YOU HAVE TO WORK WITHIN IT AND
ALREADY HAVE AN ADMIN SO YOU CAN INCORPORATE IT INTO THE ONE WE HAVE. OUR FOCUS
IS ON COLLECTING CLIENTS, COLLECTING MONEY AND TRACKING WHAT THE HELL OUR
BUSINESS IS DOING AND NOT FOLD BECAUSE OF A LAME COMMERENCE / CART ASPECT.
We would also need you to install and bring our exsisting clients and orders
into your system if possible.
Some other issues important to us are as follows, but not limited to: What about
p.O. and invoice generation?
WHAT IS NEEDED BUT NOT LIMITED TO
PAYMENTS FROM ALL CUSTOMERS
1. Paypal intergration for payment (paypal account and non account credit card
payment through paypal)
A. Offline payment: this is an option that allows a customer to make an order
then print it out and send us a check. Information goes to admin also.
B. All transactions will go to admin so we know who has paid by paypal /credit
card and who is sending a check.
C. Payapl and credit card payments will go to our bank account.
PRODUCT PRICING
1. Need different prices of same product for different customer types and only
seen by that type of customer. I.E. retail orders, wholesale orders, distributor
orders, etc.
2. Login in for the different type of customers
3. p.o. and invoice generation and emailing to client.
TYPICAL CUSTOMERS
1. RETAIL CUSTOMERS: Self explanatory, they buy product at retail prices. Some
time sent to themselves or sometime they want them shipped as a gift. Pay
through paypal / paypal without account using credit card, or send a check to
us.
2. WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS: These are usually doctors or stores that carry our
products. They purchase at a wholesale price. Some like us to drop ship to their
clients. Pay through paypal / paypal without account using credit card, or send
a check to us.
3. DISTRIBUTOR CUSTOMERS: These are clients that purchase from us at a
distributor price, then sell to wholesale accounts they have. Some want us to
ship to them directly, some want us to ship to their accounts. Pay through
paypal / paypal without account using credit card, or send a check to us.
4. AGENTS / BROKERS: These type of accounts do not warehouse our inventory. They
instead go out and open accounts with distributors for us. We then pay them a
15% commission and usually a 2-3% override. Pay through paypal / paypal without

PRODUCT DETAILS
1. FOR OUR INGESTABLE PRODUCTS SUCH AS REDFUEL we need detail ingriedents

2. But when we add products or books or things that do not require the
ingriedent listing we need this option as well. Right now we do not and it is a
pain.
SHIPPING
1. UPS AND FEDX SHIPPING OPTIONS AND COST CACULATIONS. Right now we only have
ups set up.
2. WEIGHT: we consider the weight of the “product” and then we consider the
weight of the total package to be shipped and this would be the final weight for
shipping costs.
